We offer one-on-one personal training and small group personal training to accommodate your preferred training style. Our small group personal training sessions build community and max out at 5 people to ensure personalized programs within the group.
We also offer personally tailored online training programs to suit your busy lifestyle. This option can expand to our Hybrid Model, a combination of online training with 1 weekly personal training session.

Small Group Personal Training
6:30am - 7:30am Monday - Friday
11:30am - 12:30pm Monday - Friday
Maximum group size is 5 people.
With the intimate setting, this system enables Will to easily adjust for each client based on their limitations, injuries, and/or training level. It’s essentially like having a 1-1 personal training session, but you’re sharing the gym space with a few other people.
Online Personal Training
Personalized online training, by Will, tailored to your specific goals, and set to fit your busy work, travel, or parental schedule. Your program is adjusted on a weekly basis to allow you to hit your goals wherever you are and at a time of day that suits your busy lifestyle.
